|Making A Purchase Ordering with us couldn't be easier. You can pay securely online using a credit or debit card. You can also order online and call us with your card details or send a postal order. Please note that due to the end of the UK Domestic Cheque Guarantee Card Scheme we can no longer accept cheques in payment for orders. Alternatively the Get Knitted team are also here to take your orders by phone and chat through your yarn requirements. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We attempt to process orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Monday to Friday. Although we hold a huge stock, we cannot guarantee to have every item, so any items that are out of stock will be back ordered and sent to you when they arrive with us. We will always attempt to contact you if this is the case.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We only accept payment in UK Sterling.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Your order will de depatched as soon as possible (usually within 2 working days if everything is in stock) and any out of stock items wil be sent on as soon as possible. We will always try and contact you if this is the case. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet, although this is at your own risk. Please note if you pay with a card "Viridian" will appear on your statement, not Get Knitted.
For UK delivery P&P is free on all orders above £20, on orders under £20 there will be a £2.99 postage & packing charge.
Overseas P&P is calculated in your shopping basket and varies from country to country.
VAT is deducted from orders shipped to destinations outside the EU.

|Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can. Our target is to despatch your order within 2 working days of you placing it, provided everything is in stock. Where an item is out of stock you will be contacted about the back order. You will not be charged any extra postage charge for items sent seperately. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel or alter your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. If you are ordering from the EU with a valid EU VAT number, please check the box in the 'Taxes' section (on Checkout Page 1) and enter the number. If you check the box and do not enter a valid VAT number we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment for it.|
All orders dispatched outside the EU are VAT free and VAT will automatically be deducted as soon as as you enter the country for your shipping destination. Prices are shown including VAT.

|Returns Policy You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days, please contact us. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items are missing from your parcel, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and goods will be redispatched on return of faulty items.|
